| Introduction | I am a young culinarian looking to explore a world of food. I was your typical college student who was stuck in a rut trying to figure out what I wanted to do in life. I was flipping through a school catalog one day and saw that Culinary Management was offered as a degree and never even knew a degree like that existed at my school! I had always loved food growing up. There was nothing better than eating a peach the size of my head on my grandma's front porch, or the smell of a fresh baked turkey on Thanksgiving Day. I knew the moment I saw that degree in that school catalog, my life was going to change forever. I have enjoyed all aspects of culinary school and I am looking to make a career out of it.
