Introduction	I am a psychologist working in Oakland and Cupertino, California. One thing about doing psychotherapy is that it is very private work. I started this blog as way to create online community, to share what I have learned, and to learn from others. In addition to doing therapy, I teach psych students at Argosy University. I dabble in various forms of exercise including the gym, running, martial arts and yoga. I like to go to the farmer's market and cook simple foods. I practice meditation. I play Xbox 360. Eventually, I will learn to play the guitar I bought on Ebay.
