About me

Introduction BigBlueDinosaur is the GamerTag and Steam ID of Patrick, a gamer that's been around since the Cretaceous Period of gaming. Back when controllers were called joysticks, computers still used tape drives, and owning a disk-notcher was a necessity. He cut his teeth on Atari 2600, Apple II and Intellivision.

He hopes to bring a different perspective to the discussion that you'll appreciate. His favorite retro console is the TurboGrafx-16 if that tells you anything.

When he's not exercising his thumbs (or writing about it) his "day job" is in the auto repair field. He has written freelance articles for the Automotive Service Association's national publication on the subject of technology in collision repair and has been a featured panelist at NACE in the 90's.

He still has that disk-notcher. He's not sure why.

Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.

I prefer an ascot, thank you.
