| Introduction | I am married to a Marine. We have been married since August 2007. I gave birth to our first child, a son, in March 2014. We also have 2 dogs. My entire life I have struggled with my weight. Now that I am a new mom it's even worse. I have the typical "Mommy Tummy" and due to medications I have had to be on I gained 25lbs in 3 months. All of this weight is not healthy and I need to fix it. I want to be a healthy example for my son. I don't want it to be about how I look so much as how I feel and how healthy I am. I want him to grow up to be a healthy adult. |
