| Introduction | I was born in the West of Scotland in 1932. I left for Canada when I was twenty-three, living first in Montreal, and then New York city, before moving and living in Connecticut, for the next thirty years. I spent several years in the accounting profession, both in Montreal and New York, before working for several Fortune 500 companies. I now live mostly in Portmarnock, north of Dublin, beside the Irish Sea, although I spend part of the year in Charleston, South Carolina. www.desgarrity.com |
