Introduction	I am a struggling fat guy. I struggle with trying to lose weight. All my life I can remember being overweight. I have tried before to lose the weight and have not been able to keep it off. Most of the time I will start trying to lose the weight and end up qutting a few days in. This time I am going to make it happen. Philippians 4:13 Says I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
