| Introduction | My name is Birgit and I come from a small town called Coburg, in Germany. I am married to my wonderful husband Orlando for 37 years, wow. We have two grown boys. My love for cooking really started 15 years ago, when I was hired to work at a place, were I had to cook every Friday for the staff of about 15 people sometimes more. How scary, right. But being the German that I am, I took charge of the situation and made it work. I really love to cook, now more then ever. People are always asking me for recipes. A wonderful co-worker Ms. Claire suggested, that I should start my own blog. What a great idea. So here I am on my blog. I will let you know about recipes I've tried out. Some are my own recipes and some from cookbooks or magazines. I'm always trying new recipes, I will post them for you to try for yourself. Happy cooking and Guten Appetit |
