Introduction	I am currently a student pursuing a master's degree in psychology, who is determined to bring awareness to the media about learning disabilities; especially Dyslexia. I believe that the media portrays learning disabilities to be over diagnosed and under-understood. I want to shine a light (actually a huge lamp) on the matter and share my experiences and struggles that I constantly have to face in a society that has not fully accepted that individual's with dyslexia are not just looking for a way to slack off!
