Introduction I am a 41 year old, stay at home mom and wannabe homemaker. I have been given a second chance at Love, and Life, after marrying the love of my life, Mr. Sweetie in 2005. We are completely in love, have three wonderful children: Missy Moo(from my 1st marriage), Mr. Bumbles and Baby G. As a stay-at-home-mom, I am forever on a quest to find fun, new, educational and exciting things for me to do with my kids. Whether it is cooking, learning activities, crafts, organizational things, I eat it up. I love reading blogs of moms who succeed at these things. If you have any ideas or comments please share them with me! I would love to hear from you!
Interests I love to spend time with my little family and try new things. I love gourmet food and enjoy finding and trying new recipes. I love sports and trying new ones. My favorites are snowshoeing, biking (in the country with my husband), playing football and volleyball. I also enjoy decorating my home (even though it is a work in progress, as I find the good deals), Oh and that's another thing I like to do is find a good bargain. I, also, love making cards, I have tons of scrapbooking materials, but haven't figured out how to get over the barrier to start. The main barriers are organizing my huge mound of pictures, getting the new pictures printed and having a place to set up my crap so I don't have to move it every time I need the space.
Favorite Movies Anne of Green Gables, Sense and Sensability, Little Women, Get Smart, RV, Holes, The Pacifier, Over the Hedge, The Bee Movie, The X-Men I, II, and III, and Mission Impossible I, II, and III.
Favorite Music Most music except for Rapp, Some of my favorite artists are Phill Collins, Sting, Sara McGlaughlin, Nora Jones, Lorie Line, Jack Johnson, Rascall Flatts, Howard Jones, Jordin Sparks and I'm sure there are others I can't seem to find in my brain at the moment.
Favorite Books I'm not a book reader, but I love to read to my kids. The Harry Potter series are really the only books I have ever been taken by. I just finished the last book last month. (Jan. 2009) Yeah! for me!
