| Introduction | I've just turned 60, that's pretty old. Well I used to think so but it's funny how that changes when you're actually there. I feel young still but with enough experience to know that life is what you make it. Happiness comes from within and everything you do in life will have a cause and effect. I didn't know this at 20, I thought I knew it all at 40! At 60 I'm wiser and should I be fortunate enough to make it to 80 I guess I'll be even wiser by then. |

| Favorite movies | Always ready to have a good laugh and Steve Martin, Adam Sandler, Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman do it for me. |
| Favorite music | I have eclectic taste in music. Sweet Honey in the Rock through to The Pogues. |
| Favorite books | This week it's "No I don't want to join a bookclub" by Virginia Ironside. Don't tell the others at my bookclub tho'. |
