Introduction Sonya A. McNeal (MCSE, MCDBA, MCITP, MCTS, MBS CRM 3.0, SBSS, MCT) has been consulting and training for over 11 years with various technologies that impact planning, implementation, and management. In her role as a consultant and instructor, Sonya merges her technical and business skills to provide students with insights they can apply in the workplace. She served as an Architect and Solution Professional as well in designing and deploying solutions to clients and different organizations. Recently, Sonya has developed courseware surrounding Business Intelligence Solutions in a Collaboration environment and has contributed as a technical reviewer to other technology application and solution courses. Sonya participates as a technical presenter and technical learning guide at both Microsoft and non-Microsoft conferences. She is currently co-authoring on a writing project involving Enterprise Content Management focusing on developers. She is also working on numerous articles to benefit beginners and professionals on designing SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence solutions.
Interests When not working, Sonya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and working out. Writing, running, biking, reading poetry.
