| Introduction | A girl trapped in the wrong era... I should have been around many, many years ago.... or... maybe I was and that is why I identify so much with things from the past. Clothes, art, movies, books, jewelry... My daily goal is to learn more about the past to enrich my present. I like to create things... make things with my own 2 hands and be able to say "I did it"! Whether it's a simple sketch, a headband, or my ultimate goal.... a garment. Vintage things (replica's work too), Disney (because I believe I too am a princess and refuse to "grow up"), Old Hollywood, Pin-Ups, Musical Theater, CREATING, Art, Art History, JUST history & Reading ( I do lots of it!) I have an obsession for the Late 1920's, 1930's and 1940's... Lucille Ball, Gene Kelly and a mature Cary Grant made me love the 1950's. I also dabble with the Tudor, Elizabethan, Civil War and Victorian history and fashion... |

| Favorite Music | Classic stuff (think Gene Kelly, Judy Garland and Bing Crosby), Musicals!! (everything from Disney Music to Phantom of The Opera!) R&B, alternative, some county & some classical music, and pretty much everything in between like Amy Winehouse and Morrissey. But I am picky with content. Music must have a purpose. I have to be able to connect with it in some way. |
