| Introduction | A few years ago.. my oncologist ordered me to walk every day to keep fit and healthy. Since I live near the San Elijo Lagoon, I decided that is where I was going to do my daily walks. The more I walked the more I noticed the beautiful wildlife, the different variety of birds visiting this beautiful nature reserve are fantastic... I had decided to take a camera along on my walks and keep a journal of my wildlife observations to acompany the photos I took, called it "Jo's morning walk" and e-mailed it to my friends and family. The response was so positive it has now turned into a way of life... birding/photography. I can't wait to get up and go for my morning walk to see what new bird subjects are going to be there for me to shoot! |
