Introduction	I am a mom, wife, sister, daugther and friend. I started this blog at first to document my weight loss progress. In doing so this blog has become so much more. Now, I write this blog to not only document my weight loss, but to document the weight's that are falling off of my life and heart. God is doing a new thing in me. A brand new thing.
