| Introduction | I am a full-time student at Brigham Young University and a part-time employee at Sundance Resort. I am majoring in Nutritional science, minoring en el espanol and preparing to complete a graduate degree in Dietetics and Public Health. Yeah, future BSc, RD, MPH here. This blog is simply part of an extra-curricular effort that complements my major and area of interest. I enjoy working with people, teaching, learning, sharing, joking, playing, running, sleeping, eating and adventure-ing. My favorite day of the month is payday, I try to think the best of people, I like to clean kitchens and I want to live in a house on the beach. |
