Introduction	I am IrmaB. A fun, loving women in her late 40's trying to get liberated of "baby" weight. But please note, I have teenagers. So I just can't say I just had a baby any more according to my sister. Food has always been a love of my mine. Not just any kind of food but really good food. I consume most of my day reading about food, surfing the net about food, watching Food Network and going to the grocery store everyday to see what is fresh and acceptable to feed my fabulous foodies, ma famille. This blog is a journey of my weight removable program. Diets don't work but a lifesytle change does. The question is am I ready?
