Introduction I just started my 4th year with The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Indianapolis!

Honored to be the first Pastry sudent from my school accepted into the Disney College Program, starting October 2012.

Persuing Baking and Pastry Associate Degree and Culinary Arts Associate Degree.

Edible Art is my Passion! My focus is with chocolate work, hand dipped chocolates, chocolate scultures, sugar sculptures, pulled sugar, and Plated Desserts. I've also been known to design and decorate cakes. Also want to study vegetable and fruit carving and garnishing, ice sculpting, and Food Styling and photography.

I am a twenty-something Wife of one and Mother of two.
