| Introduction | A venerable Capuchin priest once told me, & I paraphrase: "It's a mystery, God has existed from all eternity. But human beings? Well, God invites us to eternal life with him. So technically, you can say we have one half of eternity." Wow! That floored me. So what will I try to do with "my half"? Respond with all the love that I can, try to be gentle with others, and learn in every way possible from God's Word, from God's people and all that the Lord puts in my path. I would also like to share some of what I experience in this blog. A little about me: I spent my childhood years in Louisiana riding horses and reading books, my two great passions. Since joining the Daughters of St. Paul in 1977 I have discovered how infinitely rich God is in mercy and how beautiful it is to serve him. And by the way, my Sisters in Christ are a special kind of wonderful! In 2005 I had the grace to obtain my master’s degree in Religious Education from Boston College. I am the author of My Baptism Remembrance and I currently serve as Director of Marketing and Sales for Pauline Books & Media. |
