| Introduction | Hello there! Welcome to my new blog, Navigating the Chaos: A Sensory Journey. My name is Paula and I am an individual with sensory processing disorder (SPD). Here, you will find stories about my life and what it was like growing up with SPD. My aim is to provide insight, information, and hope to those with SPD as well as to the friends and family of persons living with SPD. I am eager to hear your stories too!
