| Introduction | Hi. My name is Vaughn ... My life was and is a very eclectic one. It took quite some time to totally and fully embrace this fact. but in order for me to life a whole life I needed to accept it. The wonderfully liberating aspect about this fact is that it puts me in a place to be able to relate to almost anyone from most walks of life. I have had conversations about "real" life with millionaires and the homeless. I am developing into a well rounded human being who reaches and can be reached by his fellowman/woman. What I do is a blend of Personal Training, Nutritional Coaching, and Personal Shopping/Styling before a body change or after ... it's all up to what is revealed, assessed and deemed a necessity.
