Introduction	Hi I'm Helen; I have started this page because I, like a lot of people, am addicted to reading the problem pages in magazines. I always think “I can give better advice than that!” so I am doing. This site means I can say what I think and so can anyone who is reading. I do not have any qualifications in counseling or any connected subjects but I have a lot of common sense and a down to earth attitude. Plus i can moan about my problems too :-) !
