Introduction	I am married to my wonderful husband David! We are a busy military family with three kids! Breanna is 7, Ethan is 5 and Cole is 3. I love being a mom, but I also have a passion for cake decorating. I am a Cake Decorator-Wilton Method Instructor at Michaels. I teach 4 cake classes at Michaels. It is so fun teaching people how to decorate cakes! I named my business AJ's cakes because my first name is Amanda and my middle name is Jean. My uncle used to call me AJ.....so that's how the name got started! Feel free to look at my creations and let me know if you have something in mind that you want!
