| Introduction | I can think of no better life than the one I live. My dream of being a full time crafter of vintage, folkart and primitive works has come true. After teaching school for many years, I am content to spend my days painting and crafting in my wee little studio in the Heart of Dixie. I love the Southern way of life. I savor the old magnolias and crepe myrtles. The hydrangeas and wisteria that grow with wild abandon never cease to amaze me. The old homes that stand like memorials to a perfect piece of time are so beautiful. I love my life! My dearest lives with me in my farm style cottage. My constant companion is my beloved Suki, a black chow/lab mix who is much smarter than a lot of people I know! My precious daughter, Megan, is truly a gift from God. There is nothing I would change about my storybook life. |
