| Introduction | My name is Pamela, I'm in my mid 30's and live in the Bay Area. I love collecting antiques. It all started when I decided to look into the props from I Love Lucy, which is my favorite show of all time. When I came across the mantel lusters used on set and the Franciscan Ivy china seen in many episodes, I knew I had to find and have these things. That is when my addictive personality exploded! I always wished I could have grown up in the 50's. It seemed like such a simpler and more peaceful time. My love for the old t.v. shows is what inspired me to collect Mid-Century antiques. My favorite collections are my Moss lamps and Holt Howard ceramics. Unfortunately there is not a lot of info or photos online which is why I've created this blog. I want to share with others my collection in hopes it will help and inspire. |
| Interests | My main interest is collecting Mid-Century antiques. I collect anything from the 1950's through the 1970's. Stepping into my home is like stepping back in time. My main collection is Holt Howard ceramics, Franciscanware chjna (Starburst, Oasis, & Ivy), and Moss lamps. |
| Favorite Movies | I own just about every DVD/movie, I guess that is another addiction of mine, lol. I love anything from the 1930's to now. Horror movies are probably my fav and I'd have to say that Beetlejuice is my favorite movie. |
| Favorite Music | Classic Rock. The Eagles are my ALL time favorite band. They always have been and always will be my #1. Lyin' Eyes is the best song ever ;) |
