| Introduction | As a resident of Grapevine, Texas for the last 20+ years, I realize there are a lot of local establishments I haven't eaten at yet, and a lot that I eat at regularly. I decided to start this blog as a way to get me to try new things and also share my love for places that I have eaten at since I was a kid. I am also learning how to cook so sometimes I will share my experiences in the kitchen and maybe post a recipe or two. I am by no means a professional blogger. I'm not even sure what it takes to be one. I just know I like food and I like blogging. Good enough, right? I chose the name "Unwind the 'Vine" after a local campaign to let residents and visitors to Grapevine know that its eating establishments are open and ready for business despite all of the highway construction that has made getting to some places difficult. Please don't sue! |
