Introduction	Hello All, My name is Keri Jean Rodden. I am a 34 year old woman who is in a desperate need for change. I am so happy to be apart of this challenge. I am also very scared. I have never done anything like this is my life. I really dont know what is ahead of me, which is exactly what I need. I am a runner. However, I have only run once in the past 6 months. I have found myself in a rut. Not doing too good being in this rut. So here I am , ready and willing to rise above. I cannot wait to step out of my comfort zone. I have been here for a long time. So get ready because here I come. Im a little lady on a mission. Please don't let my size fool you. As they say, big things come in small packages!!!
