| Introduction | I have always been a potter at heart. My girlfriend agrees that clay flows through my veins and is what connects me to the Earth. I started making wheel thrown pottery at an early age so I guess you could say I was always drawn to it. I often find myself daydreaming about it so intensely one could easily qualify me as a certified clay geek. Like this morning I woke up a half an hour early and just lay there in bed with my eyes closed and envisioned hucking all of my current bisqueware pieces into a pit and throwing all kinds of combustibles, weeds, oxides and other toxic delights while firing them up in a blaze of glory.
