| Introduction | Originally this blog was set up to share my journey to becoming an an IRONMAN and introduce you to some truly fabulous people I run and train with and possibly inspire a few of you to get off the couch and do something. As the years have passed I have not kept up the blog, I am happy to say that I have kept up with triathlons, running, cycling and generally an active lifestyle. My motivations have changed and I thought the motivation for this blog should change to. I am in my 50's now and want to inspire people to keep racing/participating and that you can be a BAD ASS at 50. |
