| Introduction | Emma and Byron are two people running away from the past and living over seas in an attempt to avoid extradition laws and Big Bubba. After mugging several old ladies of their wheelchairs and selling them to little kids looking to make billy carts, they decided to repence overseas by working in the development/humanitarian industry for NGOs etc. Byron and Emma plan to win the next Billy Cart Championships using children's bicycle wheels and pram-rock and pinion-steering control. |
