| Introduction | Technically I'm a geek. You know, the guy you hung shit on at school, but then call when your computer is broken or you want advice on a what speakers to buy. If I'm not wasting time on Engadget, hanging on Twitter reading about the latest advances in technology, I'm generally learning about something irrelevant on Wikipedia, googling my own name, or watching Blu-Rays in my home theatre with my beautiful fiancé Bec and our 10 year old daughter, Holly. As it's where my main expertise lies, My blog was initially going to be about home theatre, but given the limited scope that would give me to ramble, you'll find posts here on anything I find interesting. Which is pretty much everything except Australian Rules Football. |

| Favorite movies | As a borderline obsessive film buff I find it very hard to narrow down my favourite film list, but among my best films of all time are 2001: A Space Odyssey, The original Star Wars Trilogy, The Alien Trilogy (deliberately forgetting the fourth installment), The Shawkshank Redemption, Altered States, Godfather Parts 1 & 2, The Shining and A Clockwork Orange. I find it easier to list my favourite Directors which are Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese, David Fincher, James Cameron, Ridley Scott, Peter Wier, & Quentin Tarantino |
