| Introduction | I have been overweight for the last ten years. My 5'8 frame has been carrying around more than than it should for far to long. I suffer from self sabotage, and indecision. I know that I want to be thin, but I am unsure of the vehicle I want to use to get there. This is where I find it, hop in and ride it till the end. Stick around it will be interesting. |
