Introduction	After many unfulfilling terms at the Noal Taunton Relentlessly Educating School for Boys, Alexander spent his teenage years studying Aborigine iPod Playlists at Nicholas Parsons College Oxford, before going on to edit the Times Subliterary Supplement for twleve years. After quitting in a row with Giles Coren over the correct pronunciation of Dirk Kuyt, he travelled the word searching out lands and islands named after recognised British holidays. Now, after happy spells on both Easter Islands and Shrove Tuesday Coast, he happily resides on Christmas Island plucking up the courage to visit Halloween Rocks.
