Introduction	I am an oldest daughter and a big sister. Two years ago, I became a wife, a daughter/sister-in-law, and an aunt all at once. I am also a fourth year medical student and an aspiring pediatrician, currently interviewing at pediatric residency programs throughout the Midwest. I am the kind of person who has always tried to plan their life carefully, and I tend to forget that some of the best things that have ever happened to me have been complete surprises. Over the past year, I have had to come to terms with the fact that my plan is not necessarily "the plan." I'm trying to let go... Faith isn't faith until it's all you're holding onto.
