| Introduction | Once upon a time birds would land on a gentle little boy. Then life intervened and the boy hid behind a blizzard of fists and rage. He thought he'd be safe back there - but it was a lonely, desolate space. As the years passed some good people believed in him when he wasn't able to do that for himself. He was able to cast aside his rusty suit of armour and become comfortable in his skin. The little hard man grew up to aspire to be a gentle man - gentle with himself and to others. One rainy night, he fell over in a puddle whilst wearing a hoodie. His buddy, Oz, took a photo and they joked that he had become, a 'Hoodie for Happiness'. It turns out, he had... So now I'm a 'woke bloke' exploring practical ways to spread kindness across communities. It's good work! #H4H |
