| Introduction | Ive had Ankylosing Spondylitis (and a bit of Rheumatoid Arthritis) for about 8 years. All I can say is, I wont change it for anything because of the experience. Pain teaches a LOT, but at the same time I have to live with limitations. A good compromise. |
