| Introduction | I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. I have been living in the Sacramento area since early 2000. I am a mother of two wonderful teens. I received a degree in computer programming and analysis in my natal city and later a degree in community studies with emphasis in sociology. I continue to advance my professional development in the field of coaching. I have been working with children and families for more than 15 years, have experience working with family systems in the areas of intervention and prevention through teaching parenting skills, relationships skills, domestic violence, batterer intervention, communication and conflict resolution. In my free time I enjoy trail runner, gardening and volunteering. |
