Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Well, when I think of fish and bicycles at the same time I end up thinking of the shark on the bicycle in the ACME whatever thing that comes out on the screen after Stargate: Atlantis. He gets crushed by an anvil.
