Introduction	Uchi is an enthusiastic female Electrical Engineer born in Peru, with a passion for sustainable development and people from different backgrounds. She has been living/studying/working in the Netherlands for ten years. Her work experience pas through the instrumentation of a pilot plant for desalination of seawater in South Africa, the redesigning of an electrical network based on sustainable energy sources for coffee farmers Nicaragua and the always moving and challenging energy market in The Netherlands (high voltage projects and asset management department). Uchi is now willing to undertake projects all over the world, especially in Latin America. One of Uchi's big motivations is the commitment to enforce progress in developing countries, fortifying the talents and potentials of communities all over the world.
