| Introduction | I lived in NYC for 31 years and almost 3 years ago my partner, Robert and I moved to Key West. I had enough of NY (seen and done it all) and my first trip to Key West in 1979 I loved the place but it took me 23 years to actually move here. . I work 3 days a week at an estate home around the corner from where we live. I do landscaping and the grounds maintenance on the property. Also look after the 2 land tortoise's and the koi pond. It is a far cry from what I ended up doing in NY (music licensing and celebrity talent bookings for TV commercials) but when I decided to move here I left that job and only knew that I wanted to work with either plants or animals. I love going to work ... and that is what I have always tried to do. My partner Robert is manager of the Estee Lauder and Clinique make-up department at a high end store down here. I love to go to the beach, the closest is 5 minutes away by bike.... snorkeling, kayaking, fishing and swimming. We have made some good friends down here and we do a lot of having friends over for dinner and or cocktail parties and at least a few parties with lots of people every year. |
