| Introduction | Autistic woman living in Vantaa, Finland, with two daughters and two cats. Training in plant & molecular biology and in special education. I am an autistic professional, sometimes in the autism field, sometimes a translator or educator focusing on other things. I advocate for people on the spectrum and their supporters, mainly through Autistic Spectrum Finland, a democratic association with autistic majority in all its decision-making and activities. I do not consider myself a "self-advocate". International networking between autistic-led groups is one of my main interests. |
