| Introduction | Since 2007, I’ve applied to be in the Heart Challenge knowing that my family has high risk factors. I lost my dad in January of 2011 and my sister in 2005 to a cardiac arrest. I look forward to making the lifestyle changes that will lead to a healthy and prolonged life with my wonderful family. |
