| Introduction | Coach Wood is a graduate of East Carolina University where he was a 4 year letter winner for the Pirate Football team. After graduation, Coach Wood moved to Orlando and joined the sports performance team at the RDV Sportsplex in Orlando FL. While at RDV, Coach Wood worked with many of the industries top coaches while leading the sports performance team for the past year.Coach Wood is now owner of Coach Wood Strength and Conditioning and has teamed up with the top coaches in the South East at Bodytecz Performance Studio. Coach works with the top junior, high school and collegiate athletes in the Central Florida area with a focus on football and basketball athletes. While having the opportunity to train various U.S Army, and Under Armour All Americans, Coach Wood also has many athletes who have received collegiate scholarships. Coach Wood’s training philosophy is to always train with a purpose in mind while outworking your opponent. |
