Introduction	I am the mother of two sweet kids and the wife of a wonderful man... I have lived in the Skykomish Valley since 1996 from Skykomish to Monroe... I have my BA from the University of Arizona and received my Teacher's Certificate and Master's in Education from the University of Washington, Bothell. I taught elementary school in Index, Washington for five years and then had my children. Since then I have become a parent educator and currently teach Positive Discipline parenting classes at the Monroe YMCA. I also am a co-coordinator of the Sky Valley chapter of CoolMom.org, a moms group focused on fighting climate change. I love the people of this valley and look forward to providing them with good food and a place to gather!
Interests	Bringing people in my community together to make the world a better place! I am also really interested in looking at how to create a sustainable economy in the Skykomish Valley. Natural, local food and gathering together to teach and learn are two of my favorite things and this market project will allow me to merge those two interests together.
