Introduction	He was born in Negeri Sembilan in 1964. His early education was at Sekolah Kebangsaan Undang Rembau and then continued his secondary studies at Sekolah Menengah King George V in Seremban and Sekolah Menengah Sains Negeri Sembilan in Kuala Pilah. He graduated from University of Alabama in Applied Physics/Geology in 1986, completed his Master in Business Administration (with High Honors) from Oklahoma City University in 1995 and Doctor of Education (Ed.D) from Universiti Selangor in 2011.
