Introduction | October 15, 2007. The day my life as I knew it changed forever. That day my doctor spoke the words "It's Cancer" I never imagined the number of ways my life would be stretched, pulled, turned, flipped, and torn apart in the very near future. I've never felt so much anger, confusion, helplessness or fear towards anything or anyone in my life than I did the day those words were spoken and I was diagnosed with Melanoma. I have been fighting over a year and a half, and I am more determined than ever to destroy this malicious disease and show cancer that it can't win with me. |
