When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
No way. It takes time to go from sound sleep to conscious reality. Snoozing is a tantric art. You are simply allowing your inner clock to out-trump your outer clock and you should not rush this process. I "over-snooze" every day.
