| Introduction | I started this blog last year, mainly because we were embarking on Sofia's heart final surgery, the Fontan. She is now 4 1/2 years old and has tricuspid atresia, a serious congenital heart defect, and is treated at the Cleveland Clinic. We are so proud of her and this is our story... it probably won't be all heart related, but that's a big part of our life and I think it will be an easy way to update everyone on what's going on and a way for me to keep track of things |
