Introduction	For years I tried desperately to conceal my stutter. I got tired, though, of constantly worrying that a stutter might slip out, and I decided to stop all the hiding. But it's harder to stop than I thought it would be. I might have opened the closet door, but I'm still struggling to come out. Well. Perhaps if I mention that my name is Sophie Sacca that will qualify as sticking a big toe out of the closet.
