| Introduction | I hate this bit! So here we are the blog! I hail from the Westport in Co. Mayo on the West coast of Ireland an I now live in London in the UK. I was introduced into the world of radio by my father (EI9JA) it was actually on CB radio (27MHz - 11 Meters) where it all begun for me at tender age of 8 an since then I have had a very keen interest in communications and media. I received my full Experimenter Amateur Radio (HAM) licence at the age of 14 and the hobby till the present day still amazes me. "I learn something new every day". I currently work in the Broadcast Industry both in Radio and TV and love every minute of it. In general I'm an out-going and happy kind of chap who's always up for a conversation.
