Introduction	My blog is my foodie home where I can indulge on thinking and focusing on nothing else but food. My food influences come mainly from my childhood growing up in the Karoo in South Africa, my time living in Italy and the ever changing, exciting London food scene. I read a quote by Bruce Poole, the Michelin-starred chef and owner of Chez Bruce in Wandsworth say: ‘I only cook the kind of food I want to eat.’ This is my philosophy too, as the Italians say...buon appetito.
